Sophie joined ICI as Head of Content in 2024, bringing extensive experience in content creation and strategy for the expat and travel sectors.

Born in the UK, she spent eight years in Hong Kong leading a major lifestyle website and exploring Southeast Asia. She later worked in the Netherlands as Managing Editor at Expatica, expanding the site internationally and building a global network of writers.

At ICI, Sophie creates content that inspires readers to explore the world with confidence. She loves discovering new destinations with her family and has already visited five continents and 30 countries, with South America next on her list.
