ICI offers plans from multiple insurers rather than a single carrier. Available options vary by insurance type and your circumstances; our partners include Cigna Global, BCBS Global Solutions, IMG, Aetna, William Russel, Allianz, and others.

ICI is a licensed insurance brokerage. Yes. You will be assigned an account manager from our customer success team once you purchase your plan. That individual will be available to assist you with any claims, review your coverage at renewal, or address any payment issues. Your original agent, who advised you when you initially purchased, is also available as needed during your policy period.
