Now Health International’s WorldCare insurance plan is its most comprehensive international insurance plan. The plan offers four different levels, depending on the amount of coverage you desire and the premium you are willing to pay. All plans cover inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient care as well as evacuation and repatriation. The WorldCare plan also offers deductible options of up to $15,000, allowing you to reduce your premium further.

If you are looking for international coverage but are concerned about the price, the SimpleCare plan is ideal for you. It lives up to its name because it is simple to use. The plan is designed to be entirely digital, allowing you to manage everything online. Now Health offers three plan levels for SimpleCare. All plans cover hospital and surgical care, day patient and outpatient surgery, cancer treatment, organ transplant, and evacuation and repatriation. Some levels also cover broader outpatient care and dental treatment.
SimpleCare plans provide cover for treatment in Europe only, but you can choose to upgrade your geographical area of cover to Worldwide, excluding the U.S. The option will provide you with worldwide cover, but you cannot seek treatment in the U.S.

The option will provide you with worldwide cover, including the USA. USA elective treatment costs associated with eligible in-patient, day-patient, and out-patient treatment will be paid in full. (Please note that SimpleCare does not offer a U.S. option.)

You can find user guides, expat guides, informational videos, and other valuable resources to help you navigate healthcare outside of your home country.
Now Health International has also transitioned most of its business online to make it easier to access information and complete necessary tasks. You can manage your medical plans online and through their smartphone app. The app has a map feature that helps you locate the best doctors in your area.
Once you have purchased your plan, Now Health sends you a membership card for each person on your plan in the mail, made from recycled materials. Your coverage information is clearly labeled on the card, along with any outpatient benefits.

After you purchase your coverage, you may log in to the member portal to help keep track of your international health insurance plan. You can access the portal online or on the Now Health International app. The portal’s welcome page shows your plan number, renewal date, and your basic claims information. The “About Me” page is easy to use and allows you to update your personal information and contact details when necessary. There is also an interactive map that will help you find the best doctors, wherever you are. Lastly, the member portal enables you to review your benefits, track, and submit claims.
