Mackenzie joined ICI in January 2020 and has since become a vital member of the marketing and operations teams.

As Director of User Experience, she creates seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences for global clients.

Focusing on international health, travel, and life insurance, Mackenzie leverages her expertise in UX design, content strategy, and customer insights to simplify complex insurance offerings and enhance accessibility for expatriates, employers, and travelers worldwide.

Her international travels include building a school in Guatemala in partnership with School The World and visiting Scotland.
