You are not eligible to purchase Safe Travels USA if you have been residing within the United States for more than 365 days prior to your coverage effective date.

Trawick Safe Travels USA provides limited coverage for an unexpected recurrence of a pre-existing condition. The maximum benefit amount for treating a pre-existing condition is $1,000.
Benefits are available for an unexpected recurrence of a pre-existing condition, subject to the following conditions:
Coverage is restricted to only one such unexpected recurrence per policy period and does not extend to additional recurrences within the same period. It also excludes coverage for any known, scheduled, required, or expected medical care, medications, or treatments that were necessary before the start of coverage.
Additionally, the definition of a pre-existing condition also encompasses any acute onset of illness or exacerbation that is related to or worsens due to an underlying condition previously known and monitored by a physician. Eligibility proof is necessary before any claim payment.
Yes, travelers have the ability to cancel their Trawick Safe Travels USA plan.
Full refunds are only possible if your written request to cancel is received before or on your effective date of coverage.

The coverage includes injuries sustained during amateur and organized sports activities such as archery, tennis, swimming, cross country, track, volleyball, golf, ballet, basketball, cheerleading, equestrian, fencing, field hockey, non-Division 1 football, gymnastics, non-league hockey, karate, lacrosse, polo, rowing, rugby, and soccer.
It specifically excludes any sports not listed, unless the unlisted sport is a non-contact activity undertaken solely for leisure, recreation, entertainment, or fitness.
