International health insurance plans offered through this website are generally not considered “qualified health plans” under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA or PPACA) in the United States. These plans are designed for expatriates and international travelers. They may not include all of the benefits mandated by the ACA, such as minimum essential coverage or coverage for pre-existing conditions as defined under U.S. law.

Broker of Record
International Citizens Group, Inc. is a licensed insurance broker. While helping you obtain international insurance, we may be designated as your Broker of Record. This designation allows us to assist with plan selection, enrollment, claims support, renewals, and ongoing service.
You may become our client and designate us as your Broker of Record by:
- Submitting a quote request and completing an application through our website,
- Receiving assistance from one of our licensed agents or approved insurance partners during the application process, or
- Purchasing a policy where we are listed as the appointed broker.
This designation enables us to legally work directly with the insurer on your behalf. You may change or revoke the Broker of Record designation by following the insurer’s procedures.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
