Gregg Manning, COO

Gregg has a background in advertising and marketing, with deep experience in analytical, operational, and product management roles. He excels at connecting the dots and quickly figuring things out.

As Chief Operating Officer of IICI, Gregg is responsible for delivering results, spurring growth, and increasing organizational efficiency.

Gregg has traveled extensively throughout the world, including Europe, the UAE, Africa, and the Caribbean.

Marty Buss Smith, CMO

Marty is the Chief Marketing Officer at International Citizens Insurance, where she leads global marketing strategy focused on growth, brand integrity, and customer experience.

She has held senior marketing roles across agency and in-house environments, partnering with leadership teams to scale businesses, launch new offerings, and strengthen market positioning. Marty is especially passionate about translating complex products into clear, compelling value for global audiences.

Marty is an avid traveler. She has explored destinations around the world, including Spain, Portugal, Ireland, France, Costa Rica, the UK, Canada, and Mexico.

Amanda Sharon, VP of Individual Sales

Amanda joined International Citizens Insurance as the Vice President of Individual Sales in August of 2025. She brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in sales strategy, customer retention, and team development. In her role, Amanda oversees the Individual Sales team, comprising Insurance Advisors, Sales Development Representatives, and Customer Success Analysts, guiding a strategy that ensures customers receive exceptional service and the best international insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

A passionate traveler who has explored 30+ countries, Amanda is inspired by the connections and cultural insights found around the world. She spent two years living in Spain, so she understands the expat experience firsthand, as many of our clients do. Outside of work, she enjoys board game nights with friends, reading, and cooking.

Andrew Blomberg, VP of Global Benefits

Andrew Blomberg is Vice President of Global Benefits at ICI, where he designs and implements custom insurance plans for global organizations. With nine years at the company and prior underwriting experience at Liberty Mutual, he helps clients manage benefits for international workforces with expertise and ease.

He holds licenses in Health, Life, Accident, Baggage, Property, and Casualty insurance, along with AU and AINS designations, and earned his MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

When not working, Andrew enjoys traveling with his wife, son, and pug. He has explored nearly all 50 US states, multiple provinces in Canada, and Caribbean destinations, and looks forward to discovering Europe, particularly enchanting regions like Scandinavia.

Sophie Pettit, Head of Content

Sophie joined ICI as Head of Content in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in content creation, strategy, and management, particularly within the expat and travel industry.

Sophie previously spent eight years living in Hong Kong, where she headed one of the city’s largest lifestyle websites and took every opportunity to explore Southeast Asia. Her expat journey continued in the Netherlands, where she worked as Managing Editor at Expatica, expanding the site internationally and building a global network of writers.

At ICI, Sophie creates content that inspires readers to explore the world with confidence. She loves discovering new destinations with her family and has already visited five continents and 35 countries, with South America next on her list.

Nikki Anderson, Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Nikki is a seasoned digital marketer with experience across digital, brand, and strategy, having worked in international agencies, start-ups, and corporate industries. She enjoys turning insights into practical strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across both B2B and B2C markets.

Graduating from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, Nikki earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. She then moved to Australia, where she lived and worked for 7 years. Most recently, Nikki spent 2.5 years sailing through Southeast Asia, Japan, and Alaska with her family – an unforgettable travel chapter and an experience that strengthened her both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, snowboarding, going to the beach, hiking, running, and blasting some good tunes.

Mackenzie Manning, Director of User Experience

Mackenzie joined ICI in January 2020 and continues to excel as a vital member of the marketing and operations teams.

As Director of User Experience, Mackenzie creates seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences for global clients. Focusing on international health, travel, and life insurance, she leverages expertise in UX design, content strategy, and customer insights to simplify complex insurance offerings and enhance accessibility for expatriates, employers, and travelers worldwide.

Her international travels include a trip to Guatemala to build a school in partnership with School The World, as well as a visit to Scotland.

Brennan McDonnell, Sales Director, Individual Health Plans

Brennan McDonnell is an experienced insurance broker licensed in 2-15 insurance, who joined ICI in 2019 to assist customers in finding international health plans that suit their budget, lifestyle, and medical needs.

Brennan has worked as a broker in the medical insurance industry since 2015. Starting in large domestic group sales in Florida and working in Tampa, he gained knowledge of the medical insurance industry, from underwriting to day-to-day service. Brennan pursued his education at the University of Tampa to further strengthen his knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.

When he’s not working, Brennan loves to travel. He has explored countries such as Sweden and Denmark, and dreams of visiting new destinations in Portugal and Southeast Asia. He is also passionate about hockey, fishing, golf, and nautical activities.

Molly Slattery, Director of Sales Development

Molly joined ICI in 2019 and leads the sales development team. She provides critical guidance to expats, nomads, and international citizens on navigating the complexities of international medical, life, and travel insurance.

Molly excels at engaging with website visitors and callers, offering personalized insurance quotes, and connecting them with the on-staff broker for personalized assistance. Her strategic approach and prompt responses have significantly contributed to company growth and client satisfaction.

When she’s not in the office, Molly enjoys traveling and spending time as a digital nomad in Scotland.

Chris Geremia, Director of Operations

Chris joined the ICI team in December 2023. His role focuses on developing and implementing new strategies across ICI to foster growth and sustainability.

Chris graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a major in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

He has traveled internationally to South America and Europe, focusing on community service projects. He loves spending his free time on the golf course and playing pickleball with friends and family.

Nancy Saeteurn, Account Executive

Nancy brings over eight years of experience in insurtech, with a strong focus on travel medical and trip cancellation insurance. Her background spans sales, operations, partner and affiliate support, product development, and compliance, providing her with a strategic, end-to-end understanding of how to effectively support travelers, partners, and clients.

At ICI, Nancy specializes in group travel insurance solutions. She leverages her industry expertise and relationship-building skills to deliver tailored coverage for organizations, teams, and employees. Her ability to connect the dots across business functions streamlines processes, enhances client experiences, and supports company growth.

Known for her human-centered approach, Nancy is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for, whether navigating complex coverage or choosing the right policy. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and getting lost in new worlds through books.

Carolina Wolfe, Insurance Specialist

Carolina is a bilingual licensed broker specializing in health, life, and variable annuities. Originally from Uruguay, she has worked in the insurance industry since 2018 and now specializes in offering her extensive expertise in international health insurance.

Carolina’s background as an expatriate allows her to understand each client’s specific needs and provide them with suitable international coverage.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Carolina is an avid traveler who enjoys immersing herself in different cultures. One of her most cherished experiences was discovering the enchanting Isla Mujeres, Mexico, which she visited to celebrate her college graduation with a B.S. in Communications from Universidad de la República.

Cameron Cross, Insurance Specialist

Cameron is a seasoned expert in health and life insurance at ICI. He specializes in providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of expatriates, global travelers, and internationally mobile individuals.

With deep expertise in navigating complex global insurance policies and regulations, he is dedicated to helping clients make informed financial decisions that ensure their long-term well-being and security.

Known for a client-focused approach, Cam builds lasting relationships, offering clear guidance and exceptional service in a complex and ever-changing industry.

His commitment to understanding each client’s unique situation ensures that he delivers customized plans, providing peace of mind and financial protection, regardless of where life takes him.

Will Smith, Insurance Specialist

Will is an experienced insurance professional whose career began in 2010. Growing up near Baton Rouge, he has a strong connection to southern Louisiana, where he continues to live and serve the community.

A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Will has built his career around helping individuals and families simplify the often complex world of insurance to meet their unique needs.

When he’s not working, Will enjoys spending time with family, tackling DIY projects around the house, hunting, exploring new destinations worldwide, and passionately supporting LSU athletics.

Jordan Richey, Insurance Specialist

Jordan Richey joined International Citizens Insurance in 2025 and is a dedicated insurance professional specializing in international health and travel insurance.

He is passionate about helping clients navigate their global insurance options and is committed to providing tailored solutions that fit each client’s unique needs.

Michael Bourne, Insurance Specialist

Michael Bourne joined International Citizens Insurance in 2025 and is a knowledgeable insurance specialist focused on international health and travel insurance.

He is dedicated to guiding clients through their insurance choices and takes pride in offering personalized solutions to help protect individuals and families worldwide.

Jacqueline Jimenez, Operations Coordinator

Jacqueline joined ICI in September 2021 as a member of the sales development team.

She is responsible for assisting in the immediate response and outreach to clients seeking insurance quotes, as well as maintaining and updating client information to ensure accuracy.

Jacqueline recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish.

Jason O’Leary, Sales Development Representative

Jason joined ICI in March 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate and SaaS to the Sales Development team. With a passion for building strong, lasting relationships, he takes the time to truly understand client needs and delivers tailored solutions that best fit their goals.

His commitment to providing exceptional service ensures that clients receive the support and guidance they need throughout their journey.

Jason is passionate about exploring the cultures and histories of different countries, and he plans to visit even more, building on the nearly dozen experiences he’s already had. He enjoys staying active and spends a lot of time outdoors, whether playing golf, walking his dog, or swimming in the ocean.

Andrea Pernia, Sales Development Representative

Andrea joined the ICI team in March 2025. With over five years of experience in the international insurance industry, she brings a strong foundation in client relations, strategic outreach, and cross-cultural communication to the Sales Development team.

Born in Venezuela, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, which helps her connect with a diverse global clientele. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the world of international insurance with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Andrea is an avid baker, a dedicated bookworm, and a lover of the great outdoors. Most weekends, you can find her exploring national parks, adding to her recipe journal, or curling up with her pup and a good book.

Valentina Thomas, Sales Development Representative

Born and raised in Venezuela, Valentina joined ICI in 2024, bringing with her a deep appreciation for diversity and an adventurous spirit.

With three years of expertise in international travel and health insurance, she emerges as a consummate professional, skillfully navigating the complexities of her field to guide current and prospective clients.

Outside of work, Valentina’s passions include running, discovering new culinary experiences, and cherishing moments with loved ones, which bring solace and inspiration to her life.

Lucero Vergara, Customer Intelligence Analyst

Lucero joined ICI in 2024 and is dedicated to helping expats, nomads, and international citizens find the right international medical, life, and travel insurance. Born and raised in Peru, she brings seven years of insurance experience, including roles as a Reinsurance Broker at Willis Towers Watson and a Property Underwriter at Chubb Insurance.

Lucero holds a Dual Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Business Analytics from Hult International Business School in Boston. During her studies, she honed her creative and analytical abilities while collaborating with peers from around the world, enhancing her adaptability and cross-cultural awareness.

A passionate traveler and language enthusiast, Lucero has explored 25 countries and looks forward to adding more. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her beloved nephew and niece.

Millie, Barketing Analyst

Millie joined ICI in August 2021 as a Barketing Intern.

She is responsible for taste-testing Mackenzie’s lunch, office security, and ensuring the happiness of others.

Millie loves collecting sticks outside, eating peanut butter, and playing in the office with her best friend, Molly.
