The Patriot America plan is designed for non-US Citizens who need international travel and health insurance benefits when they are outside of their home country. You can initially purchase anything from 5 days up to 1 year in coverage, with options to renew up to 2 years. Benefits include:

The Patriot International plan provides US Citizens with international travel and health insurance coverage when they are outside of the USA. The plan is available from a minimum of 5 days coverage, with renewability up to 2 years in total. Benefits include:
